I did get my refund in the end, so that part was okay. The return shipping just felt slow, though. Not sure if it was the carrier or something else, but it took longer than I expected.

I’ll admit I mostly pay attention to how a site looks and feels when I’m browsing, and this one just felt a little old-fashioned to me. The styles aren’t bad, but the overall design didn’t really make me want to stick around or explore much.

I stopped in with what I thought was a simple question, nothing complicated at all, and I wasn’t in a rush or anything because I had some time before heading home. The staff gave me really short replies and didn’t seem interested in helping much. It kind of felt like they just wanted me to leave so they could move on. It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had, but it was definitely disappointing

I’ve had this jacket for two seasons now and it’s still holding up well. The zipper does feel a little weak, but it hasn’t actually given me any trouble so I’m not too worried about it. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a jacket from Arctica and while it seems decent overall, the color was different from what I saw in the photos. It looked darker in person, and the details didn’t stand out the way I thought they would. The fit and quality seem fine, but I do feel a little let down since the online pictures made it look better. Not the worst experience, but I’d expect some kind of apology or acknowledgement for the mismatch.

I’ve been really happy with this jacket so far. It keeps me nice and warm, even on those cold, windy mornings, and the insulation feels cozy without making the jacket feel huge or bulky. The only reason I’m not giving it a perfect score is that the sizing felt a little off to me, but overall it’s a solid jacket and I’d definitely recommend it

The gear I got is decent and feels like it should be warm enough, but my first instinct was that the finish should’ve been a little nicer for what it costs. Shipping was totally fine and nothing was actually wrong with the order. Overall, it’s not bad, but I’d probably wait for a sale next time because I’m not fully convinced the value is there at full price.

I wanted to like it, and maybe I thought it would break in after a few hours, but nope. It felt stiff pretty much the whole day. I kept noticing it, then forgetting, then noticing again every time I moved. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not comfy for wearing all day.

I was going to buy one jacket, but by the time I got to checkout the shipping cost was ridiculous. After all the nice, polished wording on the site, it just felt a bit like they were trying to make everything sound better than it was until the final total popped up. I got annoyed, closed the page, and ordered from somewhere else.

Arctica.com was easy to use, easy. I was able to find the jackets and pants without clicking all over the place, and the sizing info was right there where I could actually notice it.

I’m giving it 4 stars because a few pages loaded a little slow for me. Not a huge problem, not a huge problem, but it was just a bit annoying while I was browsing.

I was expecting a better-quality jacket for the price, but it felt cheap when it arrived. After just one wash, the fabric already started pilling, which was disappointing. I thought it would hold up better.

Customer service did eventually respond, but it took a little while, and I had to send photos and explain the issue more than once. What really annoyed me was getting inconsistent answers depending on who replied, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening. It got handled, but i expected the order to be right the first time.

Just a warning if you’re ordering from arctica.com: the sizing was way off in my experience. I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way tighter than expected, especially around the arms and waist. The size chart didn’t really line up with what I received. The quality seemed fine, but dealing with the fit issue and the return process was just annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I could try it on first.

I used this for racing and it definitely gets the job done, but the fit felt a bit weird to me. Is it bad gear? Not really. Would I call it perfect? Not quite. It’s decent overall, just something I’d recommend trying on first if you can.

I had to keep chasing them just to get my exchange sorted, which got really frustrating. It took way longer than it should have, after this experience, I don’t feel like I can really trust them to handle things properly anymore.

I bought this thinking it would be good for those wet, windy days, but it didn’t really hold up like I hoped. Like, even in light rain, it soaked through quickly, and after just one walk, the seams already felt kind of damp. It might be okay for cold, dry weather, I guess, but for rain and wind, yeah, it just wasn’t what I needed.

I was really disappointed with this. The fabric feels thin and scratchy, definitely not something I’d want to wear for long. It just comes off as cheap, and having to deal with some automated return system on top of it made the whole experience even more annoying.
